You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. We will ensure the purchase amount is credited to your account within 5 working days after we have received your return. Simply follow these three easy steps:
STEP 1: COMPLETE YOUR RETURN FORM
Download the return form HERE and fill it out completely.
STEP 2: SEND YOUR ORDER BACK
Send the items along with the completed return form and a copy of your invoice to the address listed on the return form. Make sure your package has a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to prevent any misunderstandings.
STEP 3: RECEIVE THE PURCHASE AMOUNT BACK IN YOUR ACCOUNT
Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 5 working days.
